Our return policy is simple!
1. If we make a mistake and ship the wrong item, an incomplete, or damaged product, we will, at our discretion, send a pre-paid mailing label to you. We will also send a replacement product as quickly as we can. We're human and mistakes happen.
2. We will accept returns of unopened products within 30 days of your receipt of them. You are responsible for postage on returns of unwanted items.
3. Because of the nature of our products, we generally can't accept returns for items that have been opened.
4. All refunds will be made as a credit to the original purchase method (credit card or PayPal).
